Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of DeepDivo's automated research, content generation, storage, export and public-sharing features.
1. Acceptance and agreement structure
By checking the registration box, purchasing a service, or expressly accepting an updated version, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Notice, Subscriptions, Credits and Refund Policy, and Content and Acceptable Use Policy form part of the agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be old enough to form a valid contract where you live. Minors may use the Service only with a guardian's authorization and supervision.
- Keep your information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for account activity and should report unauthorized access promptly.
- Accounts may not be sold, shared without authorization, created in bulk, or used to evade Credits, redemption codes, promotional eligibility, security or territorial restrictions.
- Registration places you on Free; eligibility for free or promotional Credits and device limits is governed by the Billing Policy.
3. Service nature and automated outputs
DeepDivo uses automated research and generation technologies. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, lack context, or resemble third-party material. The Service does not guarantee facts, citations, links, originality, copyright eligibility or a particular result.
Outputs are general information and creative assistance, not legal, medical, investment, financial or other professional advice. Verify important facts, sources, permissions and requirements, and apply appropriate human review before relying on or publishing an output.
4. User content and outputs
- You retain rights you lawfully hold in your inputs and authorize their processing as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot and lawfully operate the Service.
- To the extent permitted by law, the service provider does not claim ownership of your inputs. You may use outputs subject to these Terms. Ownership, protectability and exclusivity may vary by jurisdiction.
- You represent that you have the rights required to submit, process and publish the content and that it does not violate intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, personality or other rights.
- You remain responsible for the final content, citations, verification, professional review and permissions.
5. Public documents
When publishing a document, you grant the service provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, display and distribute it until you unpublish it or it is removed. Copy controls cannot prevent screenshots, photography, caching, indexing or other recording. Do not publish confidential, sensitive personal or unauthorized content.
6. Changes, availability and third parties
Paid orders are processed by a third-party authorized reseller and checkout provider. The transaction relationship, taxes, refunds and payment data are also governed by the buyer terms, refund policy and privacy notice shown at checkout; DeepDivo remains responsible for product delivery, accounts, Credits and technical support. The Service may also depend on search, model, hosting and other providers. Features, territories, models, processing times and formats may change. Each research job ordinarily generates Word, PDF and Markdown; PDFs are retained for 30 days after completion, while Word and Markdown remain with the document. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the Service, but uninterrupted, error-free or loss-free operation is not guaranteed. Back up important work promptly.
7. Suspension and termination
Reasonable action—including investigation, feature limits, removal of improperly obtained Credits, unpublishing, suspension or termination—may be taken for security threats, unlawful requests, infringement reports, payment failure, chargebacks, fraud, bulk registration, abuse or material policy breaches. Reasons will be provided when reasonably practicable unless urgent action or law prevents notice.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service provider is not liable for improper reliance on outputs, user publication, third-party services, indirect loss, lost profits or business interruption. Nothing excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, mandatory consumer remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may change for product, legal, security or business reasons. Material changes will be notified through the Service or another reasonable channel, and renewed acceptance will be obtained where required. Previous versions may be requested through the Help Center.
10. Law, disputes and contact
The parties should first try to resolve disputes through the Help Center support channel. Subject to mandatory consumer law, the agreement is governed by the law of the service provider's place of establishment and disputes go to courts with lawful jurisdiction. Consumers retain any mandatory local forum or remedy.
